Job summary

BGIS is seeking an experienced Maintenance Delivery Coordinator to manage maintenance work orders, support project delivery, and ensure accurate administration and invoice processing for our social housing portfolio. The role reports to the Operations Manager and involves collaboration with clients, subcontractors, trades, and BGIS teams to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating maintenance work orders and supporting project delivery.
Strong organisational and attention to detail with excellent admin skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate maintenance work orders from allocation through to completion.
Manage subcontractor engagement and monitor progress against KPI requirements.
Review, process, and validate trade invoices for accuracy and client compliance.
Respond to inquiries via phone and email from customers, clients, and subcontractors.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
