Auckland City GY CONSTRUCTION LIMITED in Auckland seeks an energetic SME Business Development Manager to grow our footprint in the New Zealand SME market and expand our real estate and proptech service footprint.

Based in Auckland, you will identify and acquire new SME customers, promote our payment solutions, manage key accounts and lead multi-channel business development initiatives with internal teams to meet targets.

Qualificações

• Experience in business development, B2B sales, merchant services, payments, POS, EFTPOS, telecommunications or technology is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident approaching business owners and developing new relationships.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets.
• Good understanding of the New Zealand SME market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team.
• A valid New Zealand driver’s licence is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and acquire new SME customers across Auckland and wider New Zealand.
• Promote our POS, EFTPOS, payment and digital business solutions.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations and merchant visits.
• Develop relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to onboarding.
• Develop referral and strategic partnership channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with operations, technology and customer-support teams.
• Achieve agreed customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing SME customers and identify opportunities for further growth.
