Qualified Leads Limited is seeking an energetic SME Business Development Manager in Auckland, NZ, to drive growth in the SME market for FinTech and payment solutions. You will acquire new SME customers and nurture long-term merchant relationships across restaurants, retail, and service sectors.

The role requires deep knowledge of B2B sales, excellent communication, and the ability to meet targets. You will be part of a growing team offering competitive base pay with performance incentives and

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of NZ SME market and payments/merchant services.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new SME customers across Auckland and wider New Zealand.
Promote our POS, EFTPOS, payment and digital business solutions.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations and merchant visits.
Develop relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting through to onboarding.
Develop referral and strategic partnership channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Work closely with operations, technology and customer-support teams.
Achieve agreed customer acquisition and revenue targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing SME customers and identify opportunities for further growth.
