Site Foreman / Site Manager – Interiors & Medical Fitouts | Auckland
About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established interiors specialist that is flat out with work and needs an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager to join the team. This business splits its workload roughly 50/50 between commercial interior fitouts and medical fitouts, so no two projects look the same.
You'll start off working under a Project Manager, with a genuine pathway to grow into a PM role yourself over time.
You'll typically run 2–3 projects at once depending on scale, with project values ranging from around $700k up to $5–6M, and a sweet spot of $600k–$2M.
What You'll Bring
3–4 years' experience in an interiors site management or foreman capacity; strong day-to-day site management skills across programme, quality, subbies and H&S; a stable work history, comfortable managing multiple sites/projects concurrently; and a collaborative approach, working closely with a PM and wider project team.
What's On Offer
Salary $90,000–$125,000 but could be open to discussion (dependent on experience); a company vehicle (ute) provided; a genuine, structured pathway into a Project Manager role; exposure to a strong, varied pipeline across interiors and medical fitouts; and job security with a business that has more work than it can currently resource.
If you're an experienced Site Foreman or Site Manager from an interiors background looking for your next step — including the opportunity to grow into project management — I'd love to hear from you!
