Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver commercial kitchen and shopfitting projects on time, on budget and to a high standard. You will work directly with the Projects Manager and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, installers, the factory and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery and strong commercial outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience in commercial kitchens, shopfitting or joinery, and you will be highly organised with excellent communication

• Highly organised with excellent communication skills to achieve deadlines, adapt outcomes positively.
• Confident working with builders, architects, subcontractors and suppliers.

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver commercial kitchen and shopfitting projects on time, on budget and to a high standard. A 'boots-on-the-ground' individual who will work directly with our Project Manager.

This is a key, customer-facing role responsible for assisting key projects from handover through to installation and final sign-off. You’ll work closely with the Projects Manager, the clients and sub-contractors, installers, the factory and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery and strong commercial outcomes.

The Role

• Receiving and checking deliveries on site
