Job summary

JobSpace in Wellington is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish, coordinating day-to-day site operations and driving safe, on-time delivery.

You will direct site teams and subcontractors, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensure work meets quality standards across new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs with clear pathways for career progression within a respected Tier 1 contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Management experience within commercial construction
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent planning, communication, and organisational abilities
• A proactive approach and ability to solve problems effectively
• At least 2 years’ experience in NZ commercial builds is essential
