Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Shopper Development Manager to translate commercial strategies into retailer and e-commerce plans in Auckland. You will align our objectives with customer grids to maximize ROI and support Colgate business goals.

You will drive category management, monitor performance, and work with CDT Finance, CDM, and external partners to optimize GTN, ASP, and margins while developing joint media plans with e-commerce customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing shopper strategies and store/retailer plans.
• Strong ability to translate commercial objectives into category/ shopper plans.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
