Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Auckland is seeking a Shopper Development Manager to translate commercial strategies into retailer and e-commerce plans, driving profitable growth with customer grids and category insights.

You will lead category development, manage 5Ps and 6Ps+A for ecommerce, forecast KPIs with CDT Finance, coach the team, and collaborate with key retailers to grow traffic, conversion and retention.

Responsibilities

• Tailor 5Ps for accounts and 6Ps+A for ecommerce to align with customer strategies.
• Drive category reviews and manage category plans with retailers.
• Evaluate activities with CDT Finance and CDM, delivering insights and recommendations.
• Support Selling Stories deployment and track KPI performance.
• Lead monthly online sales reporting and collaborate on content to boost Traffic, Conversion and Retention.
• Develop ecommerce grids and P&L management to support growth strategies.
• Coach and mentor team members in Auckland to achieve goals.
