Job summary

Milwaukee Tools seeks a Service Repair Technician in Christchurch to diagnose and repair returned products under warranty and ACCC guidelines, ensuring top-notch customer experiences. The role focuses on dismantling, repair quality, and streamlining service processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Christchurch Service Centre Manager and work onsite with market-leading tools, contributing to strong warranty performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products.
Ability to work to set KPI's and self-manage time.
Excellent personal presentation and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Dismantling and reassembling product to diagnose.
Delivering quality repairs within a timely manner.
Continuously improving the warranty and service processes.
Monitor repair trends and identify stock and spare parts requirements.
Ensure compliance with all WHS and company procedures.
Ensure activities comply with acts, regulatory demands and ethical standards.
