Job summary

Brandt Tractor is seeking a proactive Customer Support Adviser at our Hamilton, NZ branch. You will engage with customers, promote Brandt parts and services, and deliver outstanding service while supporting sales targets.

Responsibilities include outbound calls, explaining parts and maintenance options, scheduling service with the team, and maintaining accurate CRM records. A strong sales background in heavy equipment and a driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in heavy equipment or related field.
• Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment parts and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to inform customers about Brandt parts, maintenance and repair services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs for parts and service sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and services.
• Provide pricing and service options to customers.
