Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Service Desk Analyst based in Wellington or Auckland for a permanent full-time role. You will be the first point of contact, delivering responsive IT support to staff and escalating complex issues as needed to keep health services connected.

You'll join our Digital Operations team, bringing strong communication, a calm professional approach, and a willingness to learn. Previous IT support experience is valued.

Formación

• At least 2 years' experience in customer service or support roles.
• Experience logging, managing, and resolving customer queries and support tickets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on service.
• Willingness to learn and grow technical skills; certifications are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for users, providing Level 1 technical support.
• Log, manage and resolve service tickets and requests, remotely or by escalation.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams with clear information.
• Collaborate with Senior Analysts and Team Lead to maintain smooth digital operations.
