Job summary

The Ministry of Health in Wellington is seeking a Digital Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for staff, delivering hands-on Level 1 support across desktops, systems, applications, and digital assets. You will triage, resolve, or escalate incidents and requests while maintaining SLAs and liaising with internal teams and external providers.

You will manage digital assets end-to-end, coordinate with service providers, and contribute to ongoing improvements and documentation,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Level 1 IT support across desktops, systems and assets.
• Strong coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
• Sharp problem-solving with attention to detail and ticket documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
