Job summary

Endura Mining is seeking motivated, safety-focused individuals to join our Snowy River Gold Mine project as part of our underground Service Crew in New Zealand. This is a rare opportunity to work at a growing operation and help shape its future from the ground up.

Based in NZ with relocation or current residence in NZ, the role focuses on installing and maintaining underground services, equipment operation, and strict adherence to safety and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous underground mining experience (Service Crew preferred)
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently when required

Responsibilities

• Installation and extension of underground services including ventilation ducting and fans
• Water, air, and slurry pipelines and pump systems
• Cable bolting and ground support; barricades and signage
• Operation of underground equipment (e.g., IT loaders, telehandlers)
• Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment
• Strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards underground

This is a rare opportunity to join Endura Mining at a foundational stage and help shape its future from the ground up. With active site operations in New Zealand and a growing Sydney based corporate team, we are entering an exciting phase of rapid growth and transformation.

Endura Mining is seeking motivated, safety-focused individuals to join our team at the Snowy River Gold Mine as part of our underground Service Crew. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing mining operation committed to safety, innovation, and operational excellence.

This role is based in NZ. We will be looking at candidates willing to relocate to NZ or currently reside in NZ.

Previous underground mining/mining experience (preferred)

Job Requirements

As a Service Crew Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Installation and extension of underground services including:
• Ventilation ducting and fans
• Water, air, and slurry pipelines
• Pump systems

Installation of underground infrastructure such as:

• Cable bolting and ground support
• Barricades, signage, and secondary support
• Operation of underground equipment (e.g., IT loaders, telehandlers as required)
• Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment
• Strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental procedures
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards underground

About you

• Previous underground mining experience (Service Crew preferred)
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently when required

Relevant tickets and licences (desirable), such as:

• Wheels, tracks and loaders
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space
• First Aid
• Underground Shift Boss/Service Crew certifications (if applicable)
