Job summary

Salesforce in Auckland is seeking an Account Executive for Service Cloud to lead strategic sales across New Zealand, leveraging Agentforce and the full Service Cloud stack. You will drive growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new logos in commercial and enterprise segments.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and tailoring solutions to their service and CX challenges.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions.
• Track record of quota overachievement across mid-market and/or enterprise accounts.
• Strong consultative selling skills — discovery, solution framing, negotiation, and close.
• Experience with SaaS and software sales.
• Ability to manage a diverse pipeline—from fast-moving commercial deals to complex enterprise cycles.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience bonus).

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy across a blended commercial and enterprise territory in New Zealand.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, deeply understanding their service and CX challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding within existing accounts and acquiring net-new logos across both commercial and enterprise segments.
• Evangelize AI-powered service solutions — including Agentforce — that transform how businesses support their customers.
• Run full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close.
• Exceed annual quota through a consultative, outcome-led approach, adapting your sales motion to deal size and complexity.
