Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing Service Centre team.
• Oversee daily operations of the Service Centre, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Ensure all repair, maintenance, and refurbishment activities meet standards.
• Monitor and optimize capacity, productivity, and utilization of resources.
• Support the implementation of new processes and tools for operational excellence.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
• Lead local transformation and continuous improvement projects.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support customer needs.
• Support proactive service sales and lead generation.
