Job summary

McAlpine Hussmann is seeking a highly motivated Service Technician for our Hamilton Service branch. You will be involved in servicing, maintenance and installation of Refrigeration and AC systems, with a focus on delivering first-class service to customers in a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires a Trade Certificate, relevant licenses, and strong English communication. Pre-employment screening and NZ work rights are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Health and Safety focus required.
• Trade Certificate in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning.
• Electrical Service Technician Practising License.
• Refrigerant Handlers License.
• Current clean Driver's License.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience dealing with customers on site.
• 5+ years NZ experience in Refrigeration/AC preferred but not essential.
• Supermarket experience preferred but not essential.
