Keith Andrews in Timaru is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the first contact for customers, advise on service needs, and coordinate between customers and the workshop. A strong focus on accuracy and customer care is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or customer-facing role in automotive/transport is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.
• Approach problems with a solutions-focused mindset and good multitasking ability.
• Confidence with computer systems and attention to detail is important.
• Team player with a genuine passion for helping people.

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role (automotive or transport industry an advantage)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
