Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or customer-facing role in automotive/transport is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.
• Approach problems with a solutions-focused mindset and good multitasking ability.
• Confidence with computer systems and attention to detail is important.
• Team player with a genuine passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers booking in service and repair work.
• Provide clear advice on service needs, timeframes and costs.
• Coordinate workflow between customers and workshop team.
• Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing of jobs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way.
