Job summary

Terra Industrial New Zealand Limited seeks a Service Advisor (Technical) to act as a pivotal link between customers and workshops across Auckland, Waikato, and Northland. You will manage quotes, problem-solve issues, and keep service calls moving using multiple systems.

A mechanical aptitude and strong computer skills are highly valued. You will join a regional team and work from either Wiri, Auckland or Te Rapa, Hamilton.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar service role in a related industry.
• Ideally with a mechanical background or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong customer-facing skills and problem solving.
• High level of computer literacy with quotation and invoicing processes.

You will liaise with our workshop teams to keep jobs on track, prepare quotes, problem solve, and open, update and close service calls. You will be using multiple systems and apps so your technology skills will need to be top notch. This role forms part of a regional team of 8 service advisors supporting our customers and teams across Waikato, Auckland, and Northland. It can be based in either Wiri Auckland or Te Rapa, Hamilton. Every day will present new challenges and learning opportunities ensuring no two days are the same.
