Job summary

Continental Cars Porsche in Newmarket is seeking a professional Service Advisor to join the high‑performing service team. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, handling enquiries, bookings and handovers with precision and care.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will coordinate bookings, loan cars and job cards, process invoices, and ensure a seamless service experience from booking to handover, in a premium dealership environment that represents iconic brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or luxury brand service is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills are essential.
• Proven accuracy in documentation and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle service enquiries and bookings from customers.
• Assist daily workshop flow and coordinate loan cars.
• Prepare job cards and invoices for service orders.
• Provide follow-up to ensure smooth service department operations.

The Opportunity

Continental Cars Porsche are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our high‑performing Newmarket Service team.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop, ensuring an exceptional service experience from booking to vehicle handover.

In this role, you will manage service enquiries, support daily workshop flow, coordinate bookings and loan cars, prepare job cards, process invoices, and provide efficient follow‑up to keep our service department running smoothly.

The ideal candidate

We are seeking someone who brings:

• Experience in automotive service or customer service (luxury brand experience advantageous).
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time‑management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• High computer literacy and confidence working across multiple systems.
• A proactive, positive attitude and strong customer focus.
