Job summary

Continental Cars Ferrari is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Administrator to support our busy Service team in Ellerslie. You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering accurate administrative support and building strong customer relationships to ensure a seamless service journey.

In this role you’ll schedule bookings, process service documents and invoices, maintain customer records in Salesforce, and collaborate with the Service Manager to keep our operations efficient and

Qualifications

• At least basic administration or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Proficient with computer systems and MS Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is advantageous.
• Proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Schedule service bookings and manage customer enquiries.
• Prepare and process service documentation, repair orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Conduct pre- and post-service follow-ups with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within Salesforce.
• Liaise with customers regarding service progress and updates.
• Monitor shared service inboxes and coordinate appointments.
• Process payments and assist with account follow-up as required.
• Support the Service team with general administration and reporting activities.
