Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in Engineering or Project Management with good client relationship development and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term collaborative relationships within Stantec and Hastings District Council.
• Work across business centres to align delivery standards and ensure teams have appropriate skills for current and future projects.
• Develop and mentor staff in key delivery processes and procedures; assist with workload forecasting and resource planning.
