Job summary

Momentum Consulting is seeking an experienced TypeScript/React Web Developer to join a fast-paced, ASAP-start contract in Auckland CBD. The role focuses on building modern web solutions with a strong front-end emphasis, scalable architecture, and high accessibility standards.

You will work across the full front-end lifecycle, from design to API integration, automated testing, and CI/CD. There is potential to extend into backend/platform work, with Azure and Java as valuable additions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with TypeScript/React front-end development.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript and front-end architecture patterns.
• Experience building scalable, accessible web applications with automated testing and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own front-end development lifecycle from architecture to API integration.
• Develop scalable, accessible web apps using modern frameworks and tooling.
• Implement automated tests with Vitest/Jest/Playwright and maintain code quality.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust build processes.
