ACH Consulting Ltd in Auckland is seeking an Intermediate/Senior Three Waters Civil Engineer to deliver high-quality outcomes on water, wastewater and stormwater projects. You will work closely with clients to build trusted partnerships and collaborate with our team to ensure design excellence.

As a role that blends leadership and hands-on delivery, you’ll mentor junior engineers, lead projects independently, and contribute to our employee-owned culture and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified civil engineer with experience in three waters engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring juniors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical outcomes on water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Lead projects independently and support junior engineers.
• Collaborate with clients to build trusted, long-term partnerships.
