ACH Consulting Ltd in Auckland is seeking an Intermediate/Senior Three Waters Civil Engineer to deliver high-quality outcomes on water, wastewater and stormwater projects. You will work closely with clients to build trusted partnerships and collaborate with our team to ensure design excellence.

As a role that blends leadership and hands-on delivery, you’ll mentor junior engineers, lead projects independently, and contribute to our employee-owned culture and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified civil engineer with experience in three waters engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in water, wastewater, and stormwater projects.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring juniors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly capable Three Waters Engineer to bring their skills to our talented team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality technical outcomes on a wide range of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. You’ll work closely with clients to build trusted, long-term partnerships and engage with the team to offer mentoring and support where you have expertise. This is a hands‑on role where collaboration, integrity, and technical excellence are at the heart of everything you do.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree-qualified civil engineer with (ideally) 5+ years' experience in three waters engineering, with exposure to a public infrastructure environment.
• Strong technical expertise in design and delivery of three waters projects.
• Proven experience leading projects independently and supporting the growth and development of juniors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine team player who leads by example.
