Canstaff is seeking a delivery-focused Civil/Water Project Lead in Auckland to oversee civil, water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure projects. You will provide supervision, project engineering, and leadership across design, construction, and stakeholder engagement to meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience, a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent, and a track record delivering large-scale water projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Engineering or similar.
• 5–10 years experience in civil/water projects.
• Broad knowledge of water policies, processes, systems and materials.
• Strong leadership with diverse cultures.

Aufgaben

• Prepare work schedules for supervised positions.
• Prepare project documentation (SWMS and procedures).
• Coordinate staff to complete electrical work.
• Coordinate subcontractors involved with electrical work.
• Site inspections and audits.
• Evaluate subcontractors for civil/water works.
• Complete and lodge paperwork on project completion.
• Follow up and complete unfinished projects.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on site.
