First Focus is seeking a senior Technical Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for SMB and mid-market clients, shaping their technology roadmaps and strategic IT decisions. You will partner with senior stakeholders and the C-suite to transform business priorities into deliverable tech plans.

Qualifications

• Senior-level MSP/MSSP experience with SMB and mid-market clients.
• Proven track record in account management, client retention and growth.
• Experience selling to C-suite executives and guiding IT strategy.
• Strong CRM, forecasting, and coordination across delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Build real relationships with clients beyond transactional interactions.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Guide IT strategy, infrastructure, security, and operations roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or rethink client processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
