First Focus is seeking a Technical Account Manager who can blend account management with consulting, working directly with senior stakeholders and C-level executives. You will help shape technology roadmaps, navigate complex IT environments, and drive outcomes that align with business goals while maintaining the unique culture we value.

You’ll operate with autonomy and collaboration, tailoring the role to client needs, balancing process with strategic insight, and helping SMB and mid-market

Qualifications

• Proven success in a senior MSP/MSSP or similar role.
• Experience selling to C-suite and SMB/mid-market clients.
• Strong track record in account management and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build real relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Guide IT strategy, infrastructure, security and roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or rethink processes.
