Job summary

iT360 is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor to our enterprise clients. This role blends deep technical expertise with strong client relationship management, requiring someone who can design solutions, lead project delivery, and provide strategic technology guidance to our managed service portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of IT infrastructure and systems engineering experience.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions.
• Experience leading technical projects from conception to delivery.
• Experience with network infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise clients (50-150 employees).
• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cloud projects.
• Design, scope and validate technical solutions for client requirements.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 environments and migrations.
• Deploy and manage Aruba switching and WatchGuard firewalls.
• Conduct onsite visits and strategic planning sessions with client stakeholders.
