Job summary

nib Group is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide a high-performing team in delivering scalable software solutions. You will design, build, and support modern applications using Node.js, C#, React, and Angular, while championing best practices across the development lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and partner with product thinking to maximise value from technology investments within a hybrid work environment across NZ offices and home-based work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software development teams.
• Hands-on experience building modern web apps using Node.js, C#, React and Angular.
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL and ORM technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and scalable architectures.
