Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams in modern SaaS/cloud environments.
• Track record of shipping high-quality features and modernising systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and scalable tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach 4–8 engineers across 1–3 squads to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech Leads to translate strategy into execution.
• Engage in architecture discussions, challenge estimates, and remove blockers.
• Bridge engineering complexity with product/business goals and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Foster a modern engineering culture with best practices, tooling, and continuous improvement.
