Job summary

Enterprise Technology Recruitment is seeking a Tech Lead .NET Developer in Auckland to own complex features from concept through delivery within a modern C#/.NET stack. You will influence architecture and engineering practices while mentoring peers and collaborating with Product and Design.

You’ll work in a hybrid model, leveraging AI-enabled development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality, while remaining hands-on with code.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience building production systems using C#/.NET.
• Experience taking ownership of complex features or systems.
• Genuine interest in AI and its impact on software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex features from concept to delivery within a modern C#/.NET environment.
• Contribute to architecture and system design and influence engineering practices.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring and collaboration.
• Mentor other engineers and help shape engineering direction.
• Work with Product and Design to translate customer needs into scalable solutions.
