Jade Software Corporation is seeking an Engineering Lead to join our Application Engineering team in New Zealand. You will lead a talented group of software engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.

This hands-on leadership role balances people leadership with technical contribution, shaping engineering practices, setting direction, and delivering high-quality software for our customers across industries.

Qualifications

Extensive software engineering leadership experience.
Strong background in design, architecture and delivering quality solutions.
Experience in Agile environments and leading delivery.
Coaching approach and commitment to developing others.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and Microsoft technologies.
