You will work across software development, integration, automation, production support and platform modernisation to deliver reliable technology for customers and frontline teams.

- Strong engineering experience in software development and production support.
- Experience with APIs and middleware integration.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, automation and DevOps practices.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics and contact centre platform solutions.
- Build and support integrations using APIs and middleware.
- Apply CI/CD, automation, testing and DevOps practices.
- Support production systems and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to strong engineering practices.
- Hands-on coding and participate in architectural decisions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance.
