Job summary

Halter is seeking a high-impact ML generalist to join our Predictive Systems group. You will own end-to-end ML pipelines, build advanced models for pasture growth and land properties, and deploy them with production monitoring in collaboration with engineering and product teams.

You’ll conduct literature reviews and push the boundaries of ML in agriculture. You’ll contribute creative ideas, tackle uncertain problems, and translate research into practical, scalable solutions that improve grazing

Qualifications

• Deep academic or professional ML background with relevance to modelling.
• Experience translating research into practical applications.
• Strong data intuition and ability to handle high-dim datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of ML pipelines from data to deployment.
• Develop advanced models for pasture growth and land properties.
