Formación

• Experience delivering high-quality client or customer service, ideally in a complex service environment.
• The ability to understand and apply legislation, policy or detailed procedures accurately and consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Confidence engaging with seniors and their whānau.
• Experience managing complex or high-needs caseloads (highly regarded).
• A commitment to working with manaaki, whānau, mahi tahi, and tika me te pono.

Responsabilidades

• As a Seniors Case Manager, you will support people aged 65 years and over to access their full and correct entitlements, with dignity and respect.
• This is a specialist environment that requires a balance of strong client engagement and precise processing.
• You will work with clients and their whānau in situations that can be sensitive or complex, requiring sound judgement, empathy, and clear communication.
• Accuracy, integrity, and consistency are critical in this role, along with the ability to manage complexity and work effectively in a high-trust environment.
