Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM/GRC.
• Ability to lead multi-workstream programs and guide pre-sales activities.
• Strong leadership, client engagement, and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in architecture governance and platform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Provide technical design authority and guidance to delivery teams.
• Lead pre-sales, create architectural responses to bids and RFIs.
• Mentor consultants and grow the practice.
