Job summary
LawVu Ltd. is seeking a Senior Implementation Services Manager to lead onboarding and onboarding-related activities for new clients. You will coordinate with stakeholders to map objectives, tailor LawVu workflows, and ensure smooth adoption across legal teams and the wider business.
You’ll design automation, migrations, and integrations while guiding customers through outcome-focused implementations. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and regional travel across
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in a SaaS implementation, professional services, and/or project management role.
- Experience implementing or working with legal technology, such as contract lifecycle management, matter management, e-billing, or document automation platforms.
- Experience working with UK or European in-house legal teams, law firms, or legal operations.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and lead end-to-end implementations.
- Configure and train users remotely or on-site, across regions.
- Design automation and data migration plans to support the LawVu workspace adoption.
- Manage multiple implementations, tracking scope, timelines and risks while ensuring milestones are met.
