About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and diligent Senior Retail Compliance Officer to oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies across their retail operations, all managed remotely. This crucial role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs designed to mitigate risks and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and legal adherence. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of retail compliance frameworks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead initiatives with minimal direct supervision. This is a remote-first position, requiring exceptional self-management and communication skills to effectively support stores nationwide from Queenstown, Eastern Cape or other remote locations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
