Placements24 is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on IT Support roles. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility to source, screen, and hire help desk technicians, system administrators, and IT specialists for a diverse client base.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, build a strong IT talent pipeline, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical needs and timelines. Remote work, strong communication, and IT knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment focusing on technical or IT roles.
• Proven ability to source IT support, help desk, and system administration candidates.
• Strong understanding of IT terminology and common IT support functions.
• Excellent screening and interviewing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify IT support professionals.
• Conduct screening interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Manage IT support recruitment from posting to offer.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT talent through outreach and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand IT support needs.
• Source candidates via recruitment platforms, social media, and networks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay updated on IT industry trends and skills.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
