Placements24 is seeking a remote Technical Recruiter specializing in software development roles. You will identify, engage, and place top software engineers for innovative tech firms, using robust sourcing strategies and a thorough interview process.

As a remote-first partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer and onboarding, while building strong candidate pipelines and delivering an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced, distributed team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically focusing on software development roles (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, Mobile).
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of various programming languages, databases, cloud platforms, and DevOps concepts.
• Proven ability to source niche technical talent and build effective candidate pipelines.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills tailored for technical candidates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements for software development roles.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and professional networks.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit for agile teams.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of software engineers and related technical professionals.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, languages, frameworks, and trends in the software development industry.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends in tech.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates and clients as a preferred recruitment partner.
