Placements24 seeks a Senior Building Maintenance Technician to oversee remote facilities across sites from Queenstown, Eastern Cape. The role requires proactive and reactive maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural integrity, with mentoring of junior staff.

You will manage schedules, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with contractors remotely. A trade qualification and 7+ years in maintenance are required; CMMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in building maintenance and facility management.
• Experience maintaining multiple building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
