You will step into a warm desk with an established client base, active relationships and strong market demand, helping you hit the ground running while building your recruitment career in Australia.

The role focuses on white-collar construction positions, leveraging an existing portfolio of clients and ongoing business development

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting within construction, engineering, property, trades or related market
• Strong client and candidate relationship-building skills
• Confidence in business development and generating new opportunities
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Recruit across white-collar building and construction appointments
• Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Identify new business opportunities through targeted business development
• Conduct market mapping and generate new leads
• Develop long-term client and candidate relationships using Stellar's established network
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to placement
• Work alongside experienced civil, construction and engineering recruitment teams
• Build your profile and network within the Brisbane market
