• Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally within Engineering or Construction sectors.

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of consultants across varying levels of experience.
• Drive growth across the Engineering & Construction division with a strong focus on business development and client relationship management.
• Manage and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring delivery excellence.
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy culture where success is recognised and celebrated.
• Contribute strategically to the long-term growth and direction of Stellar’s Brisbane office.
