You will mentor a team of consultants across levels, drive new business development, and strengthen client partnerships to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

We're looking for an experienced recruitment leader to join Stellar as we continue to grow within the Construction & Engineering sector in our Brisbane QLD office. This is a rare opportunity to step into a manager-level role where you'll not only drive business development and client engagement, but also mentor, coach, and lead an established team of consultants across varying levels of experience.
