About the role:

Working closely with our Build Trades team, your responsibilities will include:

• Onboarding | Facilitating the onboarding process for migrant contractors arriving in New Zealand
• Mobilisation | Preparing our contractors for site deployment
• Candidate Management | Developing connections with candidates, sustaining continuous communication throughout their tenure, and handling underperformance by offering guidance and support to assist field staff in meeting performance standards.
• Recruitment Support | Assisting in advert posting, candidate screening, and reference checks
• Administrative Tasks | Managing timesheets, generating reports, and handling ad hoc duties
• Travel | Regularly visiting candidates and clients, ensuring smooth operations across sites

About You:

We're seeking a highly motivated team player who is goal-oriented and committed to delivering results. If you're passionate about forging lasting connections and nurturing relationships, this could be the perfect fit. Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or a relevant industry, coupled with strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. You'll also need a willingness to travel regularly and a full drivers licence.
