Job summary

WT (New Zealand) in Queenstown is seeking a qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing QS team. You will lead across multiple sectors, focusing on estimating, planning and cost management to maximise value for clients.

You will liaise with clients, architects and main contractors, manage major projects and provide accurate financial reporting while advancing benchmarking and cost models.

Qualifications

• 7+ years project experience
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Extensive experience in cost estimating and planning software
• Demonstrated track record of managing major projects

Job description

We’re on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work within our expanding Queenstown QS team.

Leading and supporting across multiple sectors, this role will perform various quantity surveying functions including estimating, planning and cost management, cost monitoring, and accurate and timely financial reporting whilst exercising sound financial acumen with a key focus on proactively maximising value for our clients.

This role is responsible for:
