Placements24 is seeking a diligent Site Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and contracts in Queenstown. You will oversee cost control, variations, and fair valuation of works, collaborating with project teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure financial success.

The role requires a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, 5+ years’ experience, and strong knowledge of construction methods and contract law.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is looking for a diligent and experienced Site Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and contracts for construction projects in Queenstown. This role is essential for overseeing project finances, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and managing contractual obligations from start to finish. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to control costs, manage variations, and ensure fair valuation of works.
