Job summary

Capstone Recruitment in Wellington is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-million construction projects. You will focus on hands-on delivery, managing complex healthcare, commercial, industrial and education packages for top public and private clients.

You'll join a dynamic team of PM professionals, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, across NZ. Hybrid working is available, and NZ-based PM experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Diverse background across construction project management within a consultancy (ideally).
• NZ project experience across health, education or similar.
• Good understanding of construction contracts, NZS3910.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualification in construction, project management or engineering (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-million construction projects head on as part of a consultancy team.
