Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex business solutions in Queenstown, NZ. The role offers hybrid work and close client engagement across projects.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate has a PMP or similar certification, 7+ years of project management experience, and a proven track record across consulting or client-facing roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Proven experience in managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, and changes effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage client expectations.
• Experience delivering business solutions or technology implementation projects is a plus.
